Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Your order will go directly to our fulfilment centre.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided for each shipping option. The delivery timeframes are on top of your order processing time. Our garments are print-to-order and so each piece takes this time in order to make it specifically for you. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Issues with Your Shipment
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as damage or missing items, please reply to your order email so that we can work to resolve the issue promptly. Your reply will go direct to our fulfilment centre for a quicker response.
